創業家的創新思維不是人人都有，但他們勇於挑戰傳統的精神卻值得人人學習。美國《公司》雜誌（Inc.）網站整理出創業家的經典名言，提醒我們，無論是基層的小螺絲釘，還是肩負公司營運責任的主管，都可以用創業家的精神來面對每一天的工作，開創新的格局。
1. 印度百康生技公司創辦人基蘭‧馬茲慕德蕭：「我曾在科技、商場、研究上遇到很多挫折。我真心相信，創業精神的真諦是面對失敗、處理失敗、並且在失敗之後邁向成功。」
Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw, founder of Biocon: "I've had many failures in terms of technological... business... and even research failures. I really believe that entrepreneurship is about being able to face failure, manage failure, and succeed after failing.
