補充維生素
補充維生素:
攝取富含抗氧化劑C、E及潃J蘿蔔素的食物。草莓、木瓜、奇異果、柑橘及紅椒等是維生素C的良好來源,維生素E在小麥胚芽、堅果、種子及烹飪油中吃得到。
菠菜等綠葉蔬菜,紅黃色蔬果如紅蘿蔔、甜薯、南瓜等,則能補充潃J蘿蔔素。
